Job Summary
Nesco Resource is seeking a Production Support Technician for our client a provider of electronic manufacturing services specializing in printed circuit board assembly box build and testing solutions.
With over 40 years of experience they partner with clients across diverse industries to deliver high-quality innovative electronic products. Their state-of-the-art facility and skilled team ensure that they meet the highest standards of precision and reliability in electronics manufacturing.
This is a 1st Shift Monday- Friday position. Shift time is 7 AM - 3:30 PM.
Job Duties
- To keep production automation & machines running with a minimum downtime
- Maintain troubleshoot and repair various assembly and automation equipment
- Maintain daily log books for each piece of equipment and document equipment specifications
- Clean automation equipment and surrounding areas
- Maintain records of repair preventative maintenance and spare parts as required
- Maintain Inventory of spare parts and order replenishment supplies
- Strong electrical background and capability
- Diagnostic problem solving for malfunctioning equipment
- Software changes and programming
- Able to read electrical/hydraulic ladder diagrams
- Possess computer skills for programming and data entry
- High School diploma or GED
- 2 years of training and/or experience in electrical hydraulic and mechanical disciplines
- Basic wiring plumbing and electricity
- Blueprint schematic ladder logic training
