Production Support Technician

DBS Manufacturing is seeking a dependable and motivated Production Support Technician to assist with a variety of shop and manufacturing activities. This is a hands-on position supporting fabrication assembly material preparation and general production operations.

• Assist production personnel across multiple departments as needed
• Drill cut and prepare material for fabrication and assembly
• Build pallets fixtures and work aids as required
• Stage materials for production activities
• Operate hand tools power tools and shop equipment safely
• Support fabrication assembly and manufacturing operations
• Perform basic shop maintenance and organization tasks
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Manufacturing fabrication construction or shop experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the day
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required
