As Production Supervisor youll take on real challenges that bring out your full potential.
Your scope includes:

• Champion a safety-first culture by ensuring compliance with all safety policies procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and support third-shift production teams to achieve safety quality productivity waste and cost performance targets.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency reduce downtime eliminate waste and enhance operational performance.
• Monitor production metrics and operating parameters develop action plans to address performance gaps and ensure timely follow-through on corrective actions.
• Provide coaching training and daily direction to employees while fostering engagement accountability and teamwork.
• Collaborate with Maintenance and Quality teams to troubleshoot equipment and process issues ensuring reliable operations and consistent product quality.
• Conduct routine floor presence and operational audits to identify opportunities for process improvements and sustain best practices.
• Ensure accurate shift documentation production reporting and communication during shift turnovers.
• Manage employee performance through regular feedback recognition coaching and development planning.
• Support workforce scheduling staffing needs and timekeeping activities to ensure operational continuity.

Youre a natural fit forProduction Supervisorif you have:

• High School Diploma bachelors degree preferred in Industrial Engineering Manufacturing Technology or Business Administration. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Willing to work 11:00PM - 7:00AM Monday Friday.
• 2 years experience in leadership and lean continuous improvement processes in a manufacturing environment. Packaging manufacturing experience preferred.
• Leadership and a collaborative spirit that inspire and engage teams to achieve excellence.
• Ability to solve problems and prioritize daily tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent computer skills to include MS365 and SAP or ERP software.
