The Externals Group are partnering with a well-established rapidly growing remodeling and roofing contractor known for high-quality workmanship integrity and professional development. They are seeking a Production Supervisor to support continued growth across Indiana.

The Role:

As a Production Supervisor youll lead field teams and oversee the execution of exterior remodeling projects. Youll coordinate materials and subcontractors maintain efficient workflows and ensure every project is completed safely on schedule and to the companys quality standards.

A Day in the Life:

• Supervise production crews and subcontractors across multiple projects.
• Communicate expectations monitor performance and coach team members.
• Recruit onboard and train field and production staff.
• Build and manage project schedules and resolve issues as they arise.
• Oversee production processes safety compliance and quality control.
• Coordinate materials equipment and vehicle maintenance.
• Manage and document change orders; support finance with timely billing.
• Provide clear communication to customers regarding scheduling and updates.
• Collaborate with homeowners subcontractors and vendors throughout each project.

• High attention to detail and reliable problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous supervisory or crew-lead experience
• Degree in engineering construction management or related field
• 23 years experience in construction remodeling or production
