If youre ready to build something that makes a difference be part of a team that protects what matters Youll Do: As a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor youll lead our overnight manufacturing team to ensure production goals are met safely efficiently and on time. Youll develop Team Leads and associates improve manufacturing processes and drive a culture focused on safety quality and continuous and oversee Team Leads and production associates to meet daily production schedules quality standards and customer a Safety First culture by reinforcing safe work practices and ensuring compliance with company policies and OSHA daily production activities including staffing scheduling workflow and resource production performance identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency and train and develop employees while providing performance feedback and supporting professional continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing 6S and process optimization compliance with cGMP ISO Quality Management System (QMS) and established manufacturing product quality by ensuring employees follow work instructions and production or participate in safety investigations root cause analysis and corrective and preventive action with Maintenance Quality Engineering and other departments to resolve production challenges and improve operational and report production metrics including productivity quality efficiency and operational opportunities to reduce costs minimize waste streamline processes and improve hiring onboarding training employee relations and performance management a clean organized and safe manufacturing Were Looking For:Associate degree in Business Engineering Technology or a related technical field required; bachelors degree preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be of 3 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing supervising production teams managing daily operations and meeting production knowledge of cGMP ISO guidelines and manufacturing quality of Lean Manufacturing 6S and continuous improvement in Microsoft Office including Word and experience is a to troubleshoot production challenges identify root causes and implement effective coaching team-building and employee development monitoring production performance managing resources and supporting cost and budget -on leadership style with the ability to work directly with teams to resolve operational organizational communication and problem-solving to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while managing multiple Information:Shift: 3rd ShiftFlexibility to work additional hours evenings or weekends based on business be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing to manage multiple priorities and complete assignments within established travel may be follow company safety procedures quality standards and continuous improvement to demonstrate ethical leadership accountability and effective employee In It For You:Join a company that truly values its employees!
