What You Will Contribute:
Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor leads hourly manufacturing employees and oversees daily production operations to ensure safety quality productivity and delivery goals are achieved. This role provides hands-on leadership coaching and support while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across multiple manufacturing departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coach hourly manufacturing employees to maximize productivity quality and safety.
  • Communicate production goals expectations and operational updates to employees and leadership.
  • Monitor daily operations staffing equipment utilization and workflow to ensure production schedules are met.
  • Analyze operational metrics and implement solutions to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Utilize manufacturing systems for production scheduling materials management and reporting.
  • Identify and resolve production issues involving materials equipment quality and processes.
  • Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations company policies and labor agreements.
  • Conduct performance evaluations manage attendance and support employee development and training.
  • Promote a safe organized and team-oriented work environment.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Operations or a related field preferred.
  • 5 years of manufacturing or operations experience.
  • Previous supervisory lead or team leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving decision-making and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with MSDS/SDS requirements.
  • CPR and First Aid certification or ability to obtain certification.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills preferred.
