Production Supervisor 2nd Shift

We are currently in search of a highly skilled Production Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of workers involved in the fabrication assembly and processing of our companys products. The primary goal of this role is to ensure that production processes run efficiently and that the quality of the output meets our standards. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing a team of workers implementing production schedules monitoring the quality of products and ensuring that safety and operational procedures are followed.

The Role

The Production Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the safe efficient and reliable delivery of daily production output to meet customer demand.
Leading frontline production teams the role is responsible for translating production plans into execution maintaining clear communication across the value stream and ensuring that people materials and information are aligned to deliver operational targets.
This role is pivotal in driving day today performance identifying and escalating issues early and reinforcing a culture of accountability teamwork and continuous improvement on the shop floor.

The anticipated salary range for candidates who will work in Cleveland OH is $75000 to $93000.00 annually. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job type and years of experience within the industry education etc.
