Position Summary
Job Responsibilities
Supervision of shift stafforganizingand monitoring work processes
Responsible for onboarding and training of shift employees
Coachingcounselingand support of development plans for career growth of staff
Management of Performance process
Enforces policies and procedures and when needed manages disciplinary actions performance improvement plans to meet operating standards.
Maintainsafeand healthy work environment placing Safety first.
Executes operationalobjectivesto ensure shift meets safetyqualityand productivity standards.
Fosters an environment of Teamwork and Collaboration
Production SupervisorJob Requirements
- High School Diploma
Minimum two yearssupervisory experience in the food industry pharmaceutical or other like industry.
Strong working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices HACCP Quality Testing and Safety Concerns and SAP operating systems
Previousexperience managing sanitation activities and understanding ofsanitationcleaning process.
Strong computer skills proficient using Microsoft Word and Excel
Effective Communicator and Delegator
Excellent leadership and cross-functional team skills
Knowledge of SAP operating systems a plus
Excellent problem-solving skills focusing on Root Cause Analysis Corrective Action and 5 Why analysis.
Willingness to work Saturdays as needed.
