Production Supervisor Press Room Operations
Job Summary
The Production Supervisor is responsible for assisting in the daily oversight of press room operations ensuring efficient production quality standards and a safe working environment. This role works closely with the General Manager and leads press room personnel to maintain productivity and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day press room operations
- Lead support and manage press room operators
- Train employees to become self-sufficient and highly proficient in their roles
- Troubleshoot and resolve press tooling and production issues
- Monitor workflow to ensure production goals and deadlines are met
- Maintain accurate records of jobs run production output and performance
- Promote and enforce safety procedures and company policies
- Communicate effectively with team members and leadership regarding production status and issues
Qualifications
- 24 years of manufacturing experience (press room or similar environment preferred)
- 24 years of supervisory or leadership experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional technical training is a plus)
