Position Overview:

You will provide leadership and operational oversight for multiple manufacturing areas including Assembly Injection Mold and Liquid Paint operations while partnering closely with production leadership and cross-functional teams to achieve business this role you will be responsible for safety quality productivity schedule attainment employee engagement and cost performance within the production environment. You will lead supervisors and production teams coordinate resources and drive process consistency across manufacturing operations. Working closely with manufacturing leaders engineering quality and Human Resources you will help align workforce execution with strategic priorities. This is a compelling opportunity to lead large-scale manufacturing operations influence operational performance and drive continuous improvement across multiple production functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day leadership and supervision to achieve safety quality productivity schedule attainment employee program and cost objectives across assigned manufacturing operations.

  • Partner with production leadership to align workforce deployment and operational execution with site strategic priorities and business objectives.

  • Lead coach and support supervisors and employees across production areas to drive performance engagement and accountability.

  • Establish work priorities assign resources and direct production activities to meet or exceed production schedules and operational deadlines.

  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with manufacturing engineering quality Human Resources and other cross-functional teams to support operational success.

  • Ensure compliance with safety quality environmental and productivity standards while maintaining a safe work environment and addressing safety concerns promptly.

  • Drive process consistency and standardization across production areas to improve operational efficiency and performance.

  • Identify implement and support continuous improvement initiatives while encouraging employee participation in improvement activities.

  • Monitor production performance maintain operational reports and records and take corrective action when necessary to address performance gaps.

  • Coordinate maintenance and engineering support activities to minimize downtime and production interruptions.

  • Support development and adherence to departmental budgets and cost management objectives.

  • Reinforce company policies and procedures through coaching performance management and corrective action when appropriate.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering or a related field.

  • Minimum of 7 years of manufacturing leadership experience.

  • Proven experience leading multiple manufacturing departments or operations within a production environment.

  • Strong analytical and computer skills.

  • Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to align operational activities to business objectives and production requirements.

  • Excellent leadership influence and communication skills.

  • Ability to develop coach and retain employees while building organizational capability.

  • Demonstrated ability to foster teamwork and create an environment where employees work effectively toward shared goals.

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple operational demands effectively.
