Production Sewing Tupelo, MS

We are seeking a skilled Sewing Operator to join a manufacturing team in Tupelo MS. This position involves operating sewing equipment to assemble and finish products while maintaining quality and production standards.

Previous sewing experience is REQUIRED for this position. Candidates must have hands-on experience using a sewing machine and be comfortable performing sewing work in a production or manufacturing environment.

Applicants without previous sewing experience will not be considered.

• Operate sewing machines to assemble and finish manufactured products.
  
• Follow patterns work instructions and production specifications.
  
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy.
  
• Make adjustments as needed to maintain consistent stitching and product quality.
  
• Perform repetitive sewing and assembly tasks while maintaining production goals.
  
• Keep the work area clean organized and safe.
  
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
  
• Work efficiently with other members of the production team.
  

• MUST HAVE PREVIOUS SEWING EXPERIENCE.
  
• Experience operating a sewing machine in a manufacturing or production setting is preferred.
  
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
  
• Ability to follow instructions and production specifications.
  
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
