Were looking for a detail-oriented Production Scheduler to coordinate production plans manage work orders and ensure materials inventory and departments stay aligned to meet customer demand. If you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoy solving problems we want to hear from you!
- Create and manage weekly production schedules
- Generate work orders based on customer orders
- Coordinate with production purchasing and customer service teams
- Monitor inventory and material availability
- Communicate schedule changes and customer order updates
- Identify and resolve production bottlenecks
- Validate production rates and capacity across departments
- Participate in production planning meetings
High School Diploma or equivalent
5 years of manufacturing experience
Strong planning organization and time management skills
Excellent computer proficiency
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Metal fabrication experience preferred
