Production Planner

Storm Guard Roofing of Madison is seeking a skilled and organized Production Planner to join our growing office team and manage the transition of projects from sale to production. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment enjoys coordinating multiple moving pieces and takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Youll play a critical role in ensuring jobs are properly planned materials are ordered schedules are coordinated and customers stay informed throughout the process.

Compensation: $50000-$75000/year performance bonuses (based on experience and performance)

Your day as a Production Scheduler begins by ensuring newly sold projects are smoothly transitioned into production reviewing details to confirm everything is ready to proceed. You connect with suppliers to order materials coordinate deliveries and schedule installations with homeowners and crews. As projects progress you serve as the primary communicator keeping customers informed managing expectations and ensuring timelines stay on track. When conflicts arise you step in quickly to resolve them always protecting both the schedule and the customer experience. Behind the scenes you meticulously track permits materials and milestones while maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. Every action you take contributes to a smooth reliable and professional project journey.

We ask that you meet the following requirements:

• Experience in project coordination scheduling operations construction administration or a related field
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Problem-solving ability in fast-paced environments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Google Workspace CRM systems or project management software

Preferred qualifications (dont be discouraged if you dont meet these preferences-we will train the right person!):

• Experience in roofing siding restoration remodeling or home services
• Familiarity with permits subcontractor coordination and material ordering/deliveries
