Production Packaging Technician, Converting Line

Picture your day at our Milesburg PA facility: you arrive ready to support a fast-moving converting line focused on safety product quality and teamwork. From the first case you weigh to the last pallet you stack your attention to detail keeps everything flowing.

• Begin by reviewing JSAs and safety procedures checking that guards at your station are in place and functioning.
• Continuously inspect finished bags before packing into cartons; communicate quality issues to the bag line operator right away.
• Weigh and number each case complete the required documentation and keep records accurate.
• Stack packed product on pallets evenly and correctly to maintain stability and order.
• Partner closely with the Converting Operator on all roll changes and jump in for additional support as assigned.
• Perform scheduled quality checks and record findings.
• Keep your area clean organized and safe from start to finish.

• Compensation: $18.00 per hour
• Schedule: 12-hour swing shifts 1 month 7:00am-7:00pm rotating first Monday every other month to 7:00pm-7:00am

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Comfort supporting overtime needs when required
• Commitment to stay safe and to continue to learn and develop
• Ability to complete training courses as determined by management

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screen.
