Job Summary
- Operate stock and monitor packaging machines on production lines
- Perform routine product and process quality verifications
- Troubleshoot basic mechanical and equipment issues
- Maintain required production and quality documentation
- Follow all safety rules procedures and policies
- Partner with team members and provide support across the line as needed
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory food safety and plant standards
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 years experience in a manufacturing environment
- Basic to moderate computer and iPad proficiency
- Skilled in reading and interpreting safety rules operating instructions maintenance instructions and procedural documents
- Competence with basic math including measuring averaging and ranges
- Readiness to work in a fastpaced production setting with changing conditions
- Ability to work 3-2-2 schedule 12-hour shifts 7-7 Rotate days to nights every 4 months
- Being on your feet walking around the facility climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time.
- Performing consistent repetitive tasks.
- Frequently lifting pushing or carrying materials.
