Additionally oversees the second operation to verify that products meet customer JOB RESPONSIBILITIESKey Responsibilities:Product Cleaning and Trimming: Clean and trim products to ensure they meet quality : Produce and/or provide secondary operations assembly of injection-molded Equipment: Use various measuring equipment such as calipers micrometers etc. as needed to ensure Tools: Utilize various hand tools including microscopes clippers knives blades degating fixtures tweezers screwdrivers flat heads hand drills hammers etc. as needed for assembly and inspection and Machine Operation: Run all types of jobs and machines efficiently and : Perform inspections on all jobs including insert type jobs (such as gold bodies) to ensure product Utilization: Learn and use IQMS software as it applies to job and Safety Promotion: Work to promote quality and safety in all aspects of the Adherence: Ensure the highest possible product quality and adherence to ISO and/or other : Be available for overtime as needed on a project-by-project Duties: Perform other job duties and/or responsibilities as assigned by IS VERY IMPORTANT. All Associates are required to report to their scheduled shift on time and work their entire :Must be 18 years of : High School Diploma or GED (preferred).Proficiency in speaking reading and writing English or the ability to be trained to perform the duties without a in reading and interpreting documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure to understand and follow various instructions provided in written oral or blueprint hand-eye coordination manual dexterity and good to operate machinery independently without in performing visual and dimensional inspections without supervision.
