Pronto Staffing is seeking a motivated team member for a busy manufacturing facility.
Job Summary
Pronto Staffing is hiring a full-time worker to help build doors and frames in a local production shop. You will work with a team to put together parts run machines and keep materials moving. This is an entry-level job with on-the-job training to help you learn new skills.
Responsibilities
Build and put together large product parts
Run and watch production machinery
Load and unload items on assembly lines
Move materials safely through the building
Check products to make sure they look right and meet quality standards
Keep your workspace clean and free of trash
Work overtime and extra hours as needed to finish orders
Requirements
Ability to speak read and understand English
Experience with woodworking or door building is a plus
Past work in a factory or warehouse is preferred
Ability to use hand tools power tools and a tape measure
Good basic math skills
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required
Background check and drug screening may be required
Work Environment
Standing and walking on concrete for long periods of time
Ability to climb stairs
Frequent bending twisting pushing and pulling
Heavy lifting up to 100 pounds alone or 150 pounds with help
Pushing heavy weights with a team
Working in a building without air conditioning or heating
Exposure to normal factory dust smells and loud noises
Must wear industrial steel-toe boots
