AeroSafe Global is currently hiring multiple Production Operators to join its team at its Indianapolis Indiana facility. These are full-time onsite opportunities for dependable detail-oriented individuals who are comfortable working in a hands-on production environment.

The Production Operator is principally responsible for processing the American Aerogel product through the refurbishment process. This position ensures the quality of the product through each step using self-monitoring and observation.

Salary: $17.50 - $20.50 hourly commensurate with experience

• Perform and maintain high quality throughout all phases of
• Maintains workflow efficiency between phases of assembly.
• Assist other team members as necessary in order to maintain line

• High School Diploma or GED
• Flexible for all shifts; willing to work OT and weekends when needed
• Strong attention to detail
• Curiosity and interest in learning
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to use tools such as scanners manual pallet jacks banding machines etc.
• Must be extremely trustworthy flexible and dependable with a good attendance history
• Self-Motivated and able to perform with little direction
• Team-Player- must possess a can do attitude and must be able to work with
• Proficient English Written and verbal Good

Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this position the employee will frequently be required to:

• Sit for extended periods.
• Use hands and fingers to handle objects tools or controls including repetitive motions.
• Communicate effectively by speaking and hearing.
