2nd shift- 1 pm to 9:30 pm
Description:
Interviews will be in person
The Manufacturing Operator role is responsible for:
Operating paint-making control systems and manufacturing equipment including pumps valves filling machines case packers labelers robotics and forklifts
Loading and unloading raw materials and finished goods
Monitoring raw materials and finished products for quality and compliance with specifications
Maintaining production records equipment logs and inventory levels
Performing routine manufacturing tasks and minor equipment troubleshooting
Supporting production schedules and collaborating with other departments to meet customer demands
Maintaining a safe clean and organized work environment
Assisting with continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency projects
Minimum Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
One year or more of manufacturing production warehouse or distribution experience
Experience operating manufacturing or packaging equipment
Experience monitoring gauges machinery and production processes
Forklift and material handling equipment experience
Experience working with raw materials blending mixing or batch manufacturing processes
Experience monitoring product quality and maintaining production documentation
