Job Summary

Pronto Staffing is seeking a Production Operator to join our team on 2nd this role you will run production equipment and help make quality products. This is a great entry-level opportunity to grow your skills in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Run production equipment by following simple company procedures

• Load raw materials into machines and watch production during the shift

• Check finished products to make sure they meet quality standards

• Keep clear and accurate daily production records

• Keep your work area clean organized and safe

• Follow all safety rules and wear required safety gear

• Work with your team and report any equipment or safety issues quickly

Requirements

• Ability to speak read and write in English

• Basic math skills

• Manufacturing or production experience is a plus but not required

• Strong work ethic good attendance and a positive attitude

• Ability to follow written and verbal directions

Work Environment

• Stand and walk for long periods of time

• Frequently lift up to 50 lbs

• Work in a manufacturing setting with noise heat and moving machinery

• Bend stoop reach and make repetitive hand movements

• Dress code: Steel-toe boots jeans and a t-shirt
