1st Shift: 6:00 AM 4:00 PM $19.00/hour

2nd Shift: 4:00 PM 2:00 AM $21.00/hour

We are currently looking for dependable motivated individuals to join a growing manufacturing operation in the Shelby Ohio area.

Multiple positions are available across production machine operation finishing material handling and general utility areas. Candidates may be matched with opportunities based on their previous experience skills and current production needs.

Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required for every position. If youre reliable willing to learn and looking for a steady opportunity wed like to talk with you!

What You May Be Doing

Responsibilities will vary depending on the position and may include:

• Operating or assisting with production machinery
• Feeding materials into production equipment
• Receiving inspecting and packing finished products
• Performing routine quality checks
• Identifying and reporting quality concerns
• Reading and following work orders and job specifications
• Setting up or assisting with production equipment
• Moving materials and inventory throughout the facility
• Operating forklifts pallet jacks or other material-handling equipment when qualified
• Staging materials for production
• Loading and unloading materials
• Performing basic computer or inventory entries
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Following established safety quality and housekeeping procedures
• Assisting in other production areas as needed

What Were Looking For

Were looking for individuals who are dependable safety-minded willing to learn and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications may include:

• Previous manufacturing production warehouse or machine operation experience is a plus
• Forklift or material-handling experience is a plus
• Mechanical aptitude is beneficial for machine operator positions
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic math and computer skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Reliable attendance
• Willingness to learn new equipment and responsibilities

Dont have manufacturing experience Some positions are entry-level and provide an opportunity to learn on the job.

Physical Requirements

Depending on the position candidates should be comfortable:

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Working around production machinery
• Bending reaching pushing and pulling
• Performing repetitive tasks
• Lifting up to approximately 2550 lbs. depending on the position
• Working in an active manufacturing environment
• Wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE)
