Peli BioThermal is seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to lead multiple manufacturing departments within a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for driving safety quality delivery and cost performance while ensuring products are manufactured efficiently on time and to the highest a key operations leader youll develop teams improve processes optimize resources and partner cross-functionally to deliver operational excellence and support business multiple production departments to ensure safety quality delivery and productivity goals are achievedDevelop and execute production strategies that align with business objectives and operational prioritiesDrive daily manufacturing performance by managing schedules capacity labor and resourcesEstablish operational metrics and utilize data to improve productivity efficiency and overall performanceManage budgets labor utilization and manufacturing costs to achieve financial objectivesPartner with Planning Engineering Quality Supply Chain and other departments to support production goals and customer commitmentsLead continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety quality productivity and waste reductionPromote SQDC principles and utilize data-driven decision-making to improve operational performanceDevelop coach and mentor supervisors and team members to build organizational capability and strengthen leadershipFoster a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with OSHA cGMP ISO QMS and company standardsEnsure inventory accuracy and support physical inventory and material control processes within production operationsDrive accountability engagement and operational excellence throughout the organizationPerform additional duties as Were Looking ForMinimum of 5 years of experience in production management with a manufacturing company and fast-paced people skills as a team leader coach and a team communication skills in listening clear concise speaking and sharing company vision and direction resulting in increased employee engagementAbility to quickly learn technology and improve use of technology to improve productivity and interpersonal skills demonstrating integrity professionalism and be proficient in Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint and knowledge of ISO and implementation of 6S and Lean manufacturing/Six Sigma manufacturing be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely creative manner.
