Production Line Lead

Volt is immediately hiring for Production Line Lead in Fremont CA.

As a Production Line Lead you will:

• Assign and coordinate operators to designated job tasks while ensuring daily production goals are met.
• Promote a safe work environment by monitoring safe work practices and reporting unsafe conditions to management.
• Ensure operators follow SOPs and provide training support to improve skill levels in partnership with Manufacturing Engineers (MEs).
• Monitor production activities including RMA repair status cycle times quality issues and daily build progress and communicate updates to supervisors and project managers.
• Maintain workstations by verifying parts tools fixtures consumables calibrations preventive maintenance and adherence to 5S standards.
• Manage nonconforming material (MRB) remove outdated consumables and coordinate process improvements or SOP updates with supervisors and MEs.

This is a full time temp to hire opportunity!

The ideal candidate will have:

• High school diploma
• Ability to read and write English
• Ability to lift 40 pounds
• Experience in 10k cleanroom

Pay Rate: $27.00 - $28.00 per hour DOE

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidates education work experience work location specific job duties certifications etc.
