This role focuses on supporting production operations helping maintain workflow and assisting the team in meeting quality and productivity goals. Pay for the Production Lead:
- $27 per hour
Job Location:
- Kent WA near Blue Origin with convenient access to I-5 and Hwy 167
- Bus line accessible: The job site is near King County Metro Routes 150 and 161
- Conveniently located near BBQ Petes and several nearby dining options
Schedule for the Production Lead:
- Monday Thursday
- Day shift
- Overtime available on Fridays as needed

Production Lead Duties:
- Support daily production operations and workflow
- Assist team members with manufacturing and assembly activities
- Help maintain productivity quality and safety standards
- Monitor work in progress and communicate production needs
- Assist with problem-solving and process improvement efforts
- Support coordination between production team members and leadership
- Help support the production of automated security and access control products
- Help maintain a clean organized and safe work area
Production Lead Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing production assembly or warehouse experience required
- Previous production lead manufacturing lead trainer or team leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
PPE Requirements
- Composite or steel-toe shoes required
- Safety glasses provided on site
