Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly handson Production Lead for our production unit at one of our highvolume manufacturing facilities. This is a heavy production role responsible for assisting with daytoday production operations helping lead production staff and ensuring production targets quality standards and safety requirements are consistently met in a fastpaced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure production operates in a safe environmentally compliant and efficient manner
  • Monitor production processes continuously and adjust schedules or resources as needed
  • Maintain strict quality control standards and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Use production metrics to identify trends drive improvements and maximize uptime throughput and profitability
  • Optimize workflow equipment utilization and labor efficiency while reducing waste
  • Collaborate closely with leadership
  • Track daily production performance
  • Ensure production equipment is operated correctly and preventative maintenance activities are executed
  • Partner with site leadership to drive bestinclass operational results


Required Skills/Abilities

  • Proven ability to succeed in a demanding highvolume production environment; strong mechanical aptitude
  • Demonstrated ability to lead coach and develop frontline production teams
  • Strong communication and problemsolving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for production tracking and reporting
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while focusing resources on highvalue work
  • General understanding of OSHA regulations
  • Comfortable working alongside teams on the production floor for most of the day
  • Ability to foster a collaborative teamoriented work environment


Education and Experience

  • Proven history of strong safety performance (low TRIR and LTIR)


Physical Requirements

Ability to stand walk and move for extended periods; ability to lift push or pull up to 50 pounds independently; ability to work in varying temperatures around moving mechanical equipment and in environments with moderate to high noise levels.
