Job Summary

Production Helper Battle Creek MI 1st or 3rd Shift

Youll be on the floor hands-on keeping production moving. If you like staying busy learning as you go and being part of a team that actually gets things done - this ones for you.

What Youll Do

Stack product run quality checks and set up materials
Operate manufacturing equipment and power hand tools
Keep your workspace clean and organized
Follow direction solve problems and keep the line moving

What We Need From You

Comfortable on your feet the entire shift - standing walking bending lifting up to 50 lbs
Can read a tape measure and handle basic math
Basic computer skills
Reliable safety-minded and ready to work - including overtime and weekends
Any hands-on experience in manufacturing warehousing construction or a physical work environment is a plus - full training provided

A Few Things to Know

1st Shift: 5:45 AM 2:00 PM
3rd Shift: 9:45 PM 6:00 AM
Must be available for both shifts
Military and technical school backgrounds are a strong fit here
