What you bring to the table:

• You are 18 years of age or older

What you will be doing:

• Being a part of the process to produce high quality breads and rolls for customers in Oregon Washington and Alaska
• Operating equipment and/or performing functions necessary in the fresh bread making process.
• Order Select the bread to be shipped to the stores with accuracy
• Follow company procedures while participating in safety and culture
• Perform all job duties with honesty and integrity

SKILLS PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Ability to reach and lift product ingredient equipment weighing up to approximately 55 lbs. with an average bucket weight of 40 lbs. and tray weight of 22 lbs.
• Manual dexterity overall coordination and good balance are required. Ability to stand walk and move rapidly for entire work shift.
• Ability to bend stoop twist and turn frequently.
• Ability to do repetitious arm movements above and below shoulder level required for production and selection of product.
• Mental alertness is necessary to ensure safe and accurate completion of work activities.
• Ability to learn proper selection and inventory procedures.
• Exposure to ambient temperatures (hot and cold environment).
• Union environment requires flexibility to work day or night shifts weekends or holidays and split shifts as scheduled with notice.
• Must be available for fulltime work with no restrictions
