We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our Production & Design team. Youll support production coordination activities for assigned categories assisting with timeline tracking sample logistics and vendor communication under the guidance of senior staff.
The ideal candidate is aself-starterwho can manage their own workload prioritize competing tasks throughout the day andmaintaina high levelof accuracy when working with large datasets.
WHAT YOULL DO
- Assist in tracking production timelines and milestones
- Support sample requests logging and shipment coordination
- Help maintain production records in ERP/PLM systems
- Communicate routine status updates to internal stakeholders
- Support purchase order data entry and tracking
- Assist with ad hoc production coordination tasks
- Identifydiscrepancies or missing information and resolve or escalate as needed
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years production coordination or related experience
- Proficiency in Excel
- Strong organizational and communication skills
NICE TO HAVES
- Internship or coursework in supply chain or apparel production
- Familiarity with ERP/PLM systems
- ProficiencyinMicrosoft Excelusingpivot tables VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP formulas functions & formatting tools
- Previousexperience indata entry admin support or reporting support
