Location: 4 Timber Ct Bolingbrook IL
Starting Pay: $22.27 - $23.45 per hour (based on experience and position proficiency)
- $22.27/hour: Entry-level associates working up to three production positions.
- $22.86/hour: Experienced associates qualified to perform 4-7 production positions.
- $23.45/hour: Experienced associates qualified to perform 7 production positions.
Compensation is based on verified experience demonstrated skills and the number of production positions an associate is qualified to perform.
Base pay offered may vary depending on factors such-as job-related knowledge skills experience and market location. Selected candidates may be eligible for a number of benefits including: medical prescription dental vision 401(k) life insurance disability tuition assistance sick and vacation time as well as tire discounts.
About the Role: What will you do
As a member of our retread team you will play a role in recapping remolding or in other words extending the life of an existing tire to get it back on the road!
In our retread plants you will have the opportunity to support the retread process through various stages:
- Inspect the tires to assess if they can be retread
- Buff the casing to remove any worn tread
- Remove embedded objects rust and repair the tire casing
- Using rubber cement or a patch repair the casing before applying new tread
- Building the tire by applying new tread
- Curing the tire to mold the retread application
- Final Inspection to assess a safe and quality product

Basic Requirements:
- Candidates must be at least 18 years of age.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the company sponsorship now or in the future.
- Basic Computer Skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Previous experience in manufacturingenvironment/ General Labor/ Entry Level
