Production Associate Operator

The Production Associate will monitor the production process system to ensure proper operation. Inspect check and document process production activities. Perform container preparation bulk and non-bulk filling shipping and receiving activities and other production and facility capacities as assigned. Ensure safety quality of workmanship efficiency and timeliness when performing the assigned work.

In this role youll help produce and package cupelssmall porous containers used to separate precious metals like gold and silver from base metals. If youre someone who enjoys staying active and working with your hands this could be a great fit.

What youll be doing:

• Set up operate and clean production equipment
• Inspect products and monitor machines during production
• Package finished goods and maintain accurate records
• Follow safety procedures and keep work area clean and organized
• Report equipment issues material defects or safety concerns to the supervisor
• Meet production goals for quality and efficiency
• Assist with inventory counts and general site maintenance
• Support other tasks as needed

What were looking for:

• Previous production or warehouse experience preferred
• OSHA Forklift and/or HAZMAT certification preferred
• High school diploma or GED is a plus
• Basic English skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to follow instructions and shift priorities quickly
• Reliable punctual and positive attitude
• Comfortable with documentation and simple math
• Team player with a strong focus on safety and quality

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Active hands-on role in a busy production area
• Exposed to noise dust hazardous and non-hazardous chemicals and moving machinery
• Safety gear PPE is provided and a must
• Frequent standing walking and lifting (up to 25 lbs) comfortable on step ladders
• Repetitive hand and foot movements
• Good vision required for close-up and peripheral tasks
