Nearly 100% of our production leaders are promoted from within with many starting in the Production Associate/Assembler a Day in Your Life Looks Like:Blueprint Reading: Interpret blueprints work orders specifications and safety requirements with & Fabrication: Cut wood and metal to precise specifications using saws shears and other : Build and fasten components using bolts screws rivets clips and other Operation: Safely and efficiently operate pneumatic and hand Setup & Maintenance: Set up equipment and perform preventive maintenance to keep production Inspection: Inspect finished products to identify defects and ensure quality standards are : Complete required safety and quality checks to maintain a reliable work Commitment: Follow all company safety policies and help create a safe workplace for You Bring to the Table:Basic math tape measurement and computer skillsBasic knowledge of carpentry and electrical assembly with hand and power toolsReading and interpreting blueprintsStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality be 18 years oldWhat Sets You Apart:Previous experience in manufacturingPrevious experience working on truck bodiesExperience with electrical wiring panel assembly or related electrical with custom fabrication woodworking or carpentry certification or ability to obtain experience in lean manufacturing or continuous improvement landscaping or farming experience is a plusHigh School Diploma or equivalent GEDPhysical Requirements:Step into the heart of our fast-paced manufacturing plant where every task drive this hands-on role youll be on your feet-standing for extended periods walking and using your hands to operate tools and equipment with precision. Clear communication is key so youll be regularly required to talk and listen as part of a safety-focused team-driven environment. Youll also lift up to 35 pounds and perform physical movements like bending squatting reaching overhead and occasionally crawling in tight spaces.
