Manufacturing Associate Finishing/Bindery (Well Train You!)

1st shift 6:30 AM - 3 PM

What Youll Do:

• Feed books/signatures into machine.
• Pack books into cartons.
• Safely move materials/books to and from workstation.
• Perform hand operations as required.
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean organized workspace.

What Were Looking For:

• High School diploma GED or equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and follow basic verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to read sufficiently to identify various printed forms and count accurately.
• Show up reliably and work well with a team

Physical & Work Environment:

Work is performed in a factory environment with regular exposure to dust dirt noise and physical hazards of machinery plus some exposure to fumes oils lubricants and chemicals.

• Walking: Must be able to walk with ease as some operations require constant walking.
• Standing: Must be able to stand (almost all jobs operations require long hours) on a concrete floor or wooden platform.
• Lifting: Must be able to lift various materials weighing up to 50 pounds continuously.
• Twisting: Must be able to twist/rotate at the waist up to 90 degrees when loading or packing.
