Job Title: Production Assembler

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Assembler to support hands-on project-based manufacturing work. This role involves precision hand assembly and soldering of electronic components in accordance with industry and military standards. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills a commitment to quality and experience of working in a production or manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hand assembly of electronic and mechanical components according to work instructions drawings and specifications.
• Execute thruhole soldering modification and rework to IPCJSTD001 or military workmanship standards.
• Assemble project-based builds prototypes and low-to-medium volume production units.
• Inspect completed assemblies for workmanship quality and compliance with specifications.
• Read and interpret assembly drawings schematics bills of materials wiring diagrams and work orders.
• Maintain proper documentation of work performed and report any discrepancies or defects.
• Follow all safety quality and ESD procedures.
• Collaborate with engineering quality and production teams to meet project deadlines.

Preferred / Desired Qualifications

• IPC-J-STD-001 certification (current or expired)/or Military Soldering experience or certification.
• Experience with through-hole and surface-mount soldering.
• Familiarity with ESD-controlled environments.
• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.

Work Schedule

• Full Time
• Shift: 1st
• Overtime may be required based on production needs
