Job Summary
Join Life Fitness/Hammer Strength in Owatonna MN as a Production Assembler on our 1st Shift.Youll assemble test and inspect high-quality fitness equipment in a collaborative manufacturing environment.

What Youll Do
Prepare materials and components needed for assembly
Assemble products according to production schedules and established procedures
Use hand tools air tools gauges torque wrenches and testing equipment
Inspect during and after assembly to ensure quality standards are met
Test completed units to verify proper operation and functionality
Cross-train to work at multiple stations as needed
Identify and communicate quality concerns and assist with resolution
Follow material replenishment processes to support production flow
Maintain a clean safe work area and dispose of waste properly
Perform other duties as assigned
What Were Looking For
Required Qualifications
Mechanical aptitude and interest in hands-on work
Commitment to working safely
Ability to operate hand tools gauges torque wrenches and production equipment
Ability to perform basic math
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
Ability to read understand and follow safety procedures work instructions and production documentation in English
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous manufacturing or assembly experience
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Experience with hand and air tools
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
Occasionally lift up to 35 lbs
Stand for extended periods
Walk bend turn and reach throughout the shift
Repetitive motion associated with assembly activities
Manufacturing environment with moderate to high noise levels
