Production Assembler 1

Job Title: Production Assembler 1
Shift: 2nd shift
Schedule: M F 1:30pm 10:00pm
Payrate:22/hr ($20 base rate 10% shift differential)

We are seeking a Production Assembler I with 1 2 years of assembly experience to join our team. Candidates must be comfortable learning and operating an industrial sewing machine.

Requirements:

• 1 2 years of assembly experience
• Ability to read blueprints/schematics
• Strong communication skills
• Good mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity
• Experience using hand tools and light machinery

Preferred Qualifications:

• Aerospace manufacturing experience
• Sewing machine experience
• Troubleshooting skills

Responsibilities:

• Assemble mechanical and electromechanical components
• Read work instructions blueprints and route cards
• Work with small parts and perform quality checks
• Follow all safety and production procedures
