Product Specialist R&D Engineer

As the product specialist you wil support Tool Control Engineering Staff by completing assigned technical and logistical tasks including:

• Support ATC Assembly line
• Complete technical writing assignments.
• Technical Writing Activities

• Prepare components and/or complete systems for internal and field tests certification and demonstrations
• Conduct new feature and system tests as assigned and document results
• Assist Engineering staff in demo and prototype unit builds
• Utilize Technical Writing skills to produce technical documentation operation manuals parts lists process and feature instructions and other documentation for internal teams.
• Create and maintain OS images for the product line.
• Occasional travel required to set up beta tests at remote sites.
• Liaison with manufacturing and assembly line.
• Maintain Lab Equipment in workable order

• Experience in a Tool Crib or Maintenance Environment
• 2 Year Associates Degree Preferred in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Working knowledge of Windows OS Office 365 and Installation Management
• Technical writing experience
• Able to work with others and with minimal supervision.
• Must possess excellent communication skills and have experience interfacing with all levels internally and externally including customer base.
• Must possess good time management and organizational skills as well as problem solving and analytical skills.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain credentials as required.
• Proficiency in use of Window Office applications
