Job Summary
Youll take on the ambiguous cross-functional problems that dont belong to any single Product Manager; you will work at the intersection aligning priorities plans and measurement strategies to ensure success. You will define and drive how we use AI to do all of it better. Youll report to Recruiting Technologys product leadership helping turn strategy into execution rather than solely administering it. Youll manage complexity rather than people increase what this organization is capable of and deliver meaningful results.n
Partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to design deliver and continuously improve an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and related internal recruiting technologies and with our product leader to turn strategy into an actionable agenda connecting priorities to roadmaps capacity and outcomes across annual and quarterly planning portfolio decisions OKRs and capacity tradeoffs. Surface gaps early and keep momentum on what matters the metrics that matter for recruiting technology investments inform and drive the data strategy and turn that data into insight: what were accomplishing where were falling short and where to invest and clear the organizational friction and process gaps that keep product design and engineering teams focused on transformative work mapping dependencies across teams and systems so fixes hold end to endnInfluence roadmap and prioritization decisions across partner teams serving as the connective tissue that keeps strategy and execution workshops with senior leaders and partners working through competing perspectives to reach real ambiguous business and recruiting needs into structured analysis clear product requirements and scalable process recommendations accounting for people technology compliance and candidate and maintain dashboards reports and self-service analytics tools for stakeholders across the and prototype ways to use AI across our work from automating recurring analysis and accelerating research and synthesis to helping the organization operate with the same AI-forward mindset were building into the product across time zones as part of a global team and ground your work in Apples values including inclusion and diversity privacy accessibility and and data protection/regulatory requirements across regions (e.g. EEO/OFCCP GDPR and local data residency requirements given our global footprint).n
7 years of experience in product management strategy and operations business operations or a comparable role within a technology product as a product manager or technical partner in an in-house HR recruiting product or process role designing and implementing cross-system recruiting processes from design through delivery including ongoing support and continuous improvement. nDemonstrated experience owning and shipping a specific AI-powered product feature or capability end-to-end from requirements through launch with measurable impact on user experience adoption or cycle experience designing or significantly improving how a product organization operates: planning cycles prioritization operating rhythms or decision-making with evidence of what changed as a resultnA track record of leading cross-functional partnership across product engineering design data and business teams known as the person others turn to for alignment including partnering with senior experience that produces decisions not just discussion with leaders who hold competing with data visualization tools in an AI-forward design approach. nStrong analytical skills: you can independently frame a question work with data to answer it and translate findings into recommendations for leadership. Experience with OKRs or comparable goal experience leveraging AI to streamline team navigating ambiguity and driving toward practical well-reasoned solutions with minimal oversight in fast-paced and changing environments.n
Experience leading teams through periods of significant organizational in recruiting HR or People technology and familiarity with People team operating models and -on experience building AI-enabled workflows at scale spotting repetitive manual work and operational bottlenecks and automating designing business processes at the intersection of people technology and experience in Agile development methodology and modern product development working in complex global environments.n
