We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

• Analyze and disposition production non-conformances.

• Perform root cause analysis and resolve technical operational and quality issues.

• Support product and process improvements throughout the product lifecycle.

• Partner with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and participate in design reviews.

• Support damage repair structural modifications and static strength analysis.

• Develop non-destructive test procedures tools and standards.

• Ensure supplier and production compliance with engineering and manufacturing standards.

• Support repair investigations safety assessments and post-production engineering activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.

• 2 years of experience in structures systems design or production engineering (Experienced Level).

• 5 years of experience for Mid-Level candidates.

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
