What You Will Do
Join our team as a Product Quality Co-Op where you will gain hands-on experience ensuring the highest standards of manufacturing quality. Collaborate with product quality teams in Cedar Rapids to support critical initiatives aimed at improving processes and outcomes. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in quality assurance and contribute to impactful projects. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting product quality teams in reviewing defects and conducting scrap analysis.
• Providing manufacturing support to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement within production processes.
• Participating in root cause analysis and recommending corrective actions for quality issues.
• Supporting proactive quality initiatives to prevent defects and optimize performance.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with quality protocols and objectives.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Must be pursuing a Bachelors or Advanced degree in an Aerospace Engineering Quality Engineering Industrial Engineering and actively enrolled through the completion of the co-op session.
• Experience in quality-related tasks.
• Experience may be obtained through coursework research projects or on-the-job experience.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Prior internship co-op or work experience with Raytheon Technologies (RTX).

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 37000 USD - 82000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including but not limited to individual performance business unit performance and/or the companys performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
