Product Owner

Location: East Hanover NJ - Enjoy a hybrid work environment with 3 days on-site (Mon-Thurs) and 2 days remote.

• Drive end-to-end delivery for CRM capabilities from discovery through release.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and manage a prioritized backlog.
• Ensure disciplined agile execution and improve processes and user experience.
• Partner with various stakeholders to align on requirements and release readiness.
• Ensure governance privacy and compliance standards are met.
• Mentor and coordinate delivery resources to build capability across the team.
• Support change enablement and adoption for new releases.
• Provide concise updates on roadmap items and contribute to product strategy.

• Bachelors degree in a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in product management technology strategy or leadership roles.
• Proven success in driving CRM capabilities for large-scale implementations.
• Deep understanding of CRM landscapes including Salesforce and Veeva.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities.

• Master of Science and/or MBA.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical healthcare or CRM sectors.
• Fluency in additional languages besides English.
• Experience with AI-supported product management techniques.
