Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmap aligned with customer needs and OCI Observability & Management priorities.
• Define requirements for a converged full-stack observability platform that unifies metrics traces and logs to deliver end-to-end visibility across applications and infrastructure.
• Lead the product lifecycle from customer use cases and requirements through development launch and adoption.
• Drive AI-powered observability experiences including conversational AI assistants AI investigations and agentic troubleshooting.
• Define products such as an Observability AI agents that can investigate incidents create hypothesis identify root causes recommend actions and automate troubleshooting.
• Partner with engineering and AI teams on LLMs agent orchestration tool use evaluation and enterprise AI guardrails.
• Enable sales and support teams through product launches training content and customer engagement.
• Build relationships with strategic customers and drive internal and external product adoption.

Preferred Qualifications:

• BS/MS in Computer Science Engineering or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 8 years of product management product development or software engineering experience including 23 years in product management.
• Experience building large-scale cloud SaaS observability distributed systems or enterprise software.
• Strong understanding of full-stack observability metrics distributed tracing logging telemetry and cloud-native architectures.
• Knowledge of IaaS/PaaS cloud operations containers Kubernetes and virtualization.
• Experience building Generative AI conversational AI AI assistant or agentic AI products.
• Experience with AI-driven investigations automated troubleshooting SRE or autonomous operations is highly desirable.
• Strong product leadership communication analytical and executive presentation skills.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $91400 to $187000 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
