By midday you are reviewing skill-progression and certification-completion metrics and preparing a decision narrative for leadership on a proposed new the afternoon you connect with learning scientists and engineering to pressure-test whether an in-the-flow learning experience is effective and feasible this quarter then close out by refining requirements for the next capability and drafting a narrative that will guide customer-facing conversations.
