What You Will Achieve

This role supports product lifecycle management by helping develop launch and evolve products that create value for customers partners and end users. You will translate customer needs and market insights into internal priorities partner closely with Sales as a key point of contact and support sales enablement growth strategies product launches and pricing. This role is vital to Firetraces overall strategy goals and growth initiatives as the company expands internationally.

• Gather customer partner and internal stakeholder feedback
• Support product launch planning and execution
• Partner with Sales and Marketing on positioning enablement and adoption
• Develop product requirements and business cases
• Manage projects for key customer initiatives
• Monitor product performance and recommend improvements
• Help prioritize product initiatives based on customer value commercial opportunity and strategic fit

What You Bring

• Bachelors degree in a related field plus 0-2 years of relevant experience. Additional work experience in lieu of degree is acceptable
• Exposure to product development business analysis consulting engineering design customer success or project management
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and leading projects
• Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and deliver results
• While not required experience with project management & collaboration tools ( Miro etc.) Customer Relationship Platforms (Hubspot Salesforce) and familiarity with Agile principles and iterative product development is beneficial
