The Job:

As a Product Manager youll be part of our Tools & Outdoor team working as a Hybrid employee in Towson MD. Youll get to:

• Manage the Power Tool Accessories portfolio for the CRAFTSMAN Power Tools Team while supportingadditionalcategories as business needsevolve.

• Lead assigned products through the full lifecycle including planning development support launch execution in-market management and end-of-life actions where applicable.

• Support product line and portfolio planning byidentifyingopportunities to improve competitiveness strengthen assortment and address customer and end-user needs.

• Gather and apply market customer end-user and competitive insights to inform product decisions positioning and portfolio recommendations.

• Partner with engineering operations quality sourcing sales and marketing teams to help define requirements and deliver products that meet customer expectations and businessobjectives.

• Support new product development and commercialization efforts helping ensure readiness across functions and alignment to timing quality and cost expectations.

• Contribute to launch planning and execution including internal coordination product content training support and go-to-market readiness.

• Monitor portfolio performance using sales margin market and customer feedback data and recommend actions to improve business results.

• Support pricing analysis business case development and other financial evaluations tied to new and existing products.

• Identifyopportunities to improve portfolio health through cost optimization complexity reduction and lifecycle actions.

• Prepare clear recommendations presentations and updates for internal stakeholders and business reviews.

• Collaborate effectively with North America-based partners while working with global teams to support broader product and businessobjectives.

The Person:

• BS or BA in Marketing Business Administration Finance Engineering or equivalent experience.

• Product Management experience required; supporting consumer products power tools accessories hardware outdoor products or other durable goods categoriespreferred.

• Experience supporting or managing products through multiple stages of the product lifecycle.

• Ability to interpret datatrendsand financial information to tell a story and drive business recommendations.

• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite required; experience using PowerBI SAP/BW Metastorm Windchill or Qlikeview is a plus.
