Product Manager

Crestfield Talent is seeking a collaborative Product Manager to help guide product priorities coordinate cross-functional initiatives and support products from planning through launch.

This hybrid role is suited for someone who can balance customer needs business priorities and project timelines while working closely with multiple teams.

• Help define product priorities requirements and roadmaps
• Coordinate product initiatives across business design and operations teams
• Manage timelines deliverables and launch-related activities
• Gather feedback from internal stakeholders and customers
• Document product requirements and key decisions
• Track product updates milestones and outstanding tasks
• Support planning for new features and improvements
• Coordinate product launches and internal communication
• Monitor product performance and identify improvement opportunities

• Strong project and product management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Strong organization and problem-solving abilities
• Able to manage competing priorities and deadlines
• Previous product management project management operations or related experience is preferred
