Join the ETS Insight team and help build the data platform that powers Apples global manufacturing operations. We help teams within Apple collect analyze and visualize manufacturing and supply chain data for every iPhone iPad Mac etc. produced worldwide. Our petabyte-scale systems provide critical insights that engineering and operations teams use to build Apples next great product.n
As a product manager on our team youll define the vision and roadmap for our data platforms and collaborate closely with engineers data scientists and manufacturing experts to transform complex manufacturing problems into powerful tools that drive operational excellence across Apples global supply chain.n
Work closely with manufacturing teams and stakeholders to deeply understand their daily workflows and identify opportunities to solve their most critical problemsnDefine and prioritize product roadmaps that balance user needs technical constraints and business impact across our platformsnPartner with design and engineering teams to translate requirements into well-scoped features ensuring alignment on goals and successful deliverynEstablish clear success metrics and use data to evaluate product performance inform decisions and continuously improve our platformsnCommunicate product strategy progress and outcomes to stakeholders across engineering operations and leadership
Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent professional experiencen2 years of experience in product management product ownership or a related rolenStrong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive product decisionsnStrong communication skills and ability to present product strategy and rationale to stakeholdersnExperience working collaboratively with engineers designers and other cross-functional partnersnExperience gathering and synthesizing user feedback to inform product directionnExperience influencing without authority and driving alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders
Advanced degree in a relevant fieldnExperience working with enterprise data platforms analytics tools or supply chain systemsnFamiliarity with data visualization concepts and tools (Tableau Observable etc.)nFamiliarity with statistical analysis and data manipulation tools (SQL Python pandas R etc.)nExperience in the manufacturing domainn
