Manufacturing Engineer

Jackson TN manufacturer needs a Manufacturing Engineer with experience in CNC programming. This is with a medium size company of about 100 employees.

• You will ensure that production processes meet customer and company requirements.
• Develop fixtures tooling and systems to manufacture parts and assemblies
• Drive quality and reliability improvements while ensuring employee safety and lowering costs
• Use Solid Cam and Mastercam software to develop CNC programs
• Develop statistics and analyses for root cause solutions to technical problems.

Qualifications :

REQUIREMENTS

• BS degree in Mechanical Engineering Manufacturing Engineering or similar.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering. Will consider an equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Must have experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks.
• Must be knowledgeable about G-Code
• Demonstrated expertise with Mastercam and/or Solid Cam CNC software.
• Must have in-depth machine shop experience.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma Kaizen Kanban and 5S.
