Title: Product Manager II
Location: Miami FL
Duration: 6month contract to hire
Compensation:$50.00-$60.00/Hour
Work Requirements: US Citizen GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

Role Overview

• Role will own an internally facing application called Liquid Program Manager which supports SGWSs Trade and Sales organizations.
• The platform is used to:
  • Allocate goals across the sales organization
  • Manage sales programs and incentives
  • Track performance against goals
  • Support supplier initiatives
  • Feed data into multiple downstream systems
  • This is a true product ownership role. The person will be expected to own the roadmap drive priorities and translate business strategy into executable Agile work.

Required Experience

• Strong communication and stakeholder management are the top priorities.
• This person will work closely with senior leaders across Sales Trade Development Finance Engineering Architecture Design and Product. They need to be confident leading conversations managing competing priorities and collaborating across multiple teams.
• Product Owner or Product Manager experience in a technical software environment
• Experience owning a roadmap and product vision
• Strong Agile delivery and backlog management experience
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical work
• Experience working with Engineering QA Architecture and Design
• Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to independently lead a complex product area
• Tools: Jira preferred Miro preferred Similar tools are acceptable
