Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 15 years of experiencein data stewardship or data governance roles preferably within the retail industry.
• Strong understanding of Customer Marketing and Loyalty data including related processes systems and end-to-end data flows within the retail customer domain.
• Proven hands-on experiencewith data quality management and data governance tools such as Collibra Alationor similar platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of product hierarchy structuresacross brick-and-mortar stores and eCommerce platforms.
• Demonstrated leadership presencewith the ability to present insights and recommendations to C-suite and senior executive stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
