We are looking for a Product Line Manager Emergency Power Systems to work onsite at our Rockford IL this individual contributor role you will beaccountablefor the overall lifecycle from development to production to long-term performanceofthe batteries Ram Air Turbines and associated accessories within the Emergency Power Systemsproduct line at Collins Aerospace Electric Power Systems willbe responsible forthe strategythefinancialperformance andthecustomer outcomes tied to the will also ownthe product roadmap balance cost schedule and performance owncompetitivenessand capacity decisions and serveas the leader of theIntegrated Project Team (IPT) accountable for managing the cost scheduleperformanceand on-time delivery ofour products.

What You Will Do

• Accountable for all customer commitments including deliveries and financialKey Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Manage changestotheproduct(s)in the product line or family.

• Collaborate across the product lines inEPS to support multiplecustomers or potential customers fortheproductsand services provided by EPS.

• Regularly influence and negotiate to achieve and/or exceed commitments.

• Lead complex teams with some matrixed responsibilities.

• Accountablefor key financial and product performance metricsfor the products

• Lead decision making for the IPTs and apply critical thinking where incomplete data exists.

• Develop networks and communicate vision to IPT and stakeholders within and outside of the function.

• Plan direct andmonitorcollateral budget.

• Provide inputs to theStrategic and Financial Plan(SFP)for theirproduct scope.

• Travel 10 15% domestic and international as required by the business.

QualificationsYou Must Have

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience.

• Program Projector productmanagement experience.

QualificationsWe Prefer

• Experience with program management systems includingmanpowerplanning program scheduling costcontrolsand earned value management

• Experienceinoperations and production flow management including supply chain oversight

• Experience with proposal preparation and customer negotiations preparation

• Knowledge of aerospace policies contracts procedures and system requirements including qualitymanufacturingand program management

The salary range for this role is 157200 USD - 298800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
